Big Ben - Breadbin & Bernard

I had a meeting in central London this morning just around the corner from Big Ben so I took this picture for Ron. The meeting went well and I was able to head back home early and decorate the big bread bin, sorry the picture is not in focus, I will try harder next time.
I wondered if anyone else had been sent one of these Invitations to the Auction at Bonhams.
The auction is of over 100 studio potters pots that have been donated to raise money for the leach restoration project. The Auction is on the 26th Feb with viewing on Monday and Tuesday 9am - 4.30pm. I'm thinking of going to have a look on the Tuesday morning.

Thanks for thinking of me Paul!!! How wonderful. I guess I was snoozing away about that time.
I bet there are some big names in that auction. The bread bin looks nice, I'm going to have to make myself one soon. Thanks again for the pic, I hope to see it in person sometime soon.

Hi Ron, if ever you come over your welcome to stay at our place. it's only a tiny cottage but we do have a spare room.

I got up this morning and had a good look at the Bread Bin, and do you know i'm not sure if I like it. I think the decoration is a bit Tweee. I think it would look alot better with just finger wiped decoration. You know when you look at a pot and you can feel the pleasure with it's shape and form. well this seems all wrong. Constructive critisisum is always welcome on this site. Tell it as it is.
