Pugging Day

Cleaned out the pugmill, How do you stop them drying out ? maybe because I'll be around so much more now I can keep an eye on it and keep it moist.

This was just some of my recycled clay pugged ready for wedging.

I told Big Al I would show him the full set up so he could see
what happened to the big table.

And this is a picture I took of Burrow Hill yesterday morning when taking the dogs for a walk.

I find that if you use it you won't need to be such a dirty little pugger, might help if you keep it out of the wind (the pug mill I mean), nice hills by the way (a bit Tolkiens Hobbiton round by you isn't it).

Do you wrap the end and the putting in bit in plastic and tie it up?
I loike your show room bit, it's not a draughty corner is it? Do't want thngs blowing over.

This corner is ok not windy at all and I've screwed all the boxes together.
and yes the end of the pugmill now has a plasic bag over the end with a rubber band and the feed hole has a damp sponge in it with a bit of plastic.
