So Close and Yet so Far.

I had put all sorts of stuff on this post earlier this morning, But I took Cadbury for a walk and whilst I was out I decided it was to negative.
I must think positively.
So I came back to delete it and while I'm just writing this,
someone just pushed £70 through my letter box with a very nice note
to pay for a pot.
There you go think positively!!!!

The power of positive thinking does make a difference. I recently read something that suggested looking for something positive to say about everyone you meet. You'd be surprised at what a difference that can make.

It's nice when you find unexpected money like that, isn't it? I "opened" my gallery yesterday and turned on the lights (all a totally symbolic thing this time of year, with hardly anyone visiting until maybe May)and I reflexively checked the cigar box where I tell people to leave money if I'm not around. Damned if there wasn't a $100 check in there from a California man who had visited but not bought a couple of weeks ago. A nice surprise.

Funny how sometimes things don't happen when we think they should; I can't think of anytime when the 'ultimate timing' has been at the wrong time. Oh help, I know what I mean! Today I visited a friend at 'just the right moment'. The truth is I thought I should have 'popped around' 2 weeks ago. Your studio will be lovely, well-planned and timely!
