And this jug came out nice from the last firing.
Off to John Leach Pottery this morning to catch a glimpse of the Kiln Opening today.I'll try and get some pics up later.

What a good idea that garlic pot is, and a very handsome one it is too. I like the
lightly toasted look you are getting to the unglazed part of the pot (I might have to throw away my wood fired kiln!). A lovely jug as well. Oh, I do so wish I could go to a kiln opening at John Leach's Pottery. Have fun there, and please take some photos. Best Wishes, P.
