I'm starting to feel a lot better this week but by no means am I back to full health every thing seems to be a struggle.
Something that has helped me is that while I have been at home I started watching an old re run of a BBC programme called "The Victorian Garden" which if I can read my roman numerals correctly was made in 1968.
The programme follows the gardener bringing back to life an old walled garden that had been neglected for some years.
When digging the soil the gardener said
" you have to do this work at an economy of pace that will enable you to last an eight hour day".
Yesterday I was able to do a full day's work, because I went into the workshop with this phrase in my mind.
I thought it has been a while since I posted a video of the workshop
so here's an update on whats been getting on down at the workshop
over the past few weeks.

Was it the kitchen garden or the flower garden series? They're both good - I think it was more like 1988 - brilliant series, if they're the ones I'm thinking of (I have them on disc and have watched them many times - I like stuff like that.)
The studio looks great, thanks for posting the video just when I'm drawing up studio plans.
Nice to hear Springsteen coming back across the water to us. Seems like just a short while ago that studio was bare and untouched. Looks like a busy place now, Paul.

Sorry that you have been so under the weather, but glad you are making progress. That series on the Victorian garden was lovely, we actually had it over here in New Zealand (probably one of the last good things on TV.....!!!!!). Hope you are able to ease into work and not go at it like a bull at a gate. I suspect that you have been rather too busy! (I know what that is like..., I'm full of swollen glands and mouth ulcers as I write, and will have to try to take some time off before things go badly wrong healthwise).
