The Inspiration still keeps coming.

Sunday evening was great fun in the pub
the weather was great and we were having fun
 sat outside in the sunshine.
We were laughing and joking about the Olympics
it really has got the nation excited.
Monday morning and 6am I am up and down the workshop by 7.15am
Glazing on a Monday morning, not my favourite
thing, but I found myself feeling that this is the happiest
I have ever felt in my life.
Imagine what I would of felt like if I wasn't Glazing.

It's been over a week since my last post
which had a great response, so thank you for that.
I have been so focused this past week I haven't taken
many pictures of the work that I've been doing.
But I have been a busy boy.
Yesterday I was lucky enough to be in front of the telly
when the Team GB men's Gymnastics team
Won the Bronze medal, beating Russia & the USA
Once again the Olympics shows where hard work
and dedication can get you.
A great village road sign.
and the opening ceremony was just great
the Queen was the biggest star.
I noticed you can buy these T shirts now on Amazon.
and this young lady Hannah Miley
has been renamed
Smiley Miley,
she is going great guns in the pool
and she is so nice to watch when she gives an interview
as soon as she gets out of the pool
because she just encompasses all that is great
about taking part in the Olympics
So for now it's back to Glazing another kiln load
ready for the Taunton Flower show
on Friday & Saturday, come and see us.

I loved the Opening Ceremony. Most especially Sir Kenneth Branagh doing Caliban's Speech and Sir Paul at the end. "And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make." How appropriate....and to have the whole stadium singing Hey Jude....priceless.

For a Lord of the Rings nerd (guilty) that hill and tree looks suspiciously like Bilbo's party tree.

Terrific to see G.B. win medals and how about the Mexican men's synchronized diving team? I don't watch a lot of sports but I love the Olympics for the sports that only get attention every four years.

I also am glazing and decorating...but it's my favorite part of the process.

Keep potting!
